HAS-3000 Cyclone Aerator

Specially designed bubble cutting mode, with smaller bubbles and high oxygen utilization efficiency, maintains a stable DO value in the pool. The material is specially blended to increase product toughness while retaining sufficient strength. Mastering the conditions such as mold temperature and injection pressure, increasing the process of strengthening toughness, and ensuring stable and reliable product quality.

Product advantage

Longer service life:

  • The product is made of imported classic materials: nylon + glass fibre. The material is a special ingredient, which increases the toughness of the product while retaining sufficient strength.

  • According to project feedback, strengthen the stressed parts and vulnerable structures of the product.

  • The special production process, accurate control of mold temperature, injection pressure and other conditions, increase the toughness strengthening process.

  • By the above three improvements, it can effectively avoid deformation and fracture during transportation, installation, and use of the product, and extend the service life.

Special bubble cutting mode:

  1. The airflow is ejected from the nozzle at high speed, forming a strong negative pressure at the bottom of the aerator, and the sewage and activated sludge at the bottom of the aerator are sucked into the aerator to achieve the first efficient cutting.

  2. The mixture flows through the spiral guide plate, and under the action of the rotary cutter, generating the violent vortex flow. This is the second efficient cutting.

  3. Then, the spiral airflow is cut through the specially designed multi-layer cutting piece, after eight times multiple cuttings, a large number of mm air bubbles and some micro-nano air bubbles are produced, achieving the third efficient cutting.

  4. The spiral flow jets from the swirl aerator with high speed, diffusing around under the action of centrifugal force, forming many small whirlpools in the flow field, achieving the fourth efficient cutting.
