Spiral Type Sludge Dewatering Equipment
Working Principle
The whole filter cylinder is composed of fixed rings, moving rings, and a screw shaft. The first two sections are the thickening zone, and the last two sections are the dewatering zone. The space between screw blades gets more and more narrower, which means the inner pressure gradually gets bigger. With pressure difference, the liquid is squeezed out from the sludge and leaks from the small gaps between rings. Then sludge cake is pushed forward to the discharge outlet. Due to its multi-disc structure, moving rings are pushed ups and downs by a screw blade. Then the whole cylinder is well protected from blockage. It makes the dewatering unit work stably.
