Bridge Mount Assembly
A bridge mount is available for 7.5-25HP units. It can be mounted to the underside of a bridge or catwalks. Steel bridge beams may have to be adapted to fit the bridge mount properly.
1. Bolt the bridge mount to the bridge beam as shown, with six 5/8 x 2-inch bolts.
2. Bolts the mounting brackets to the bridge mount assembly.
Note " The receiving slots in the mount brackets should be approximately 18 inches above the water. (Fig. 43)

3. Slip the hand crane into the pivot tube. (Fig. 44A)
4. Use the hand crane to set the aerator into the mount brackets. Secure it at a 45-degree angle with four 1/2 x 1/2 inch capscrew/locknuts.
Note: The bolts will be in the 9 & 3 o'clock position in each mounting bracket when the aerator is at a 45 degree.
5. Bolt the two vortex support angles to the bridge mount. (Fig. 44B)
6. Clip the vortex shield cables onto the support angles.
Note: Adjust the vortex shield to float on the water surface and not touch the housing. (Fig. 44C)
The aerator is ready to be wired and put into service.
