(Flotation Cabling Methods)
Note: Environmech Sdn Bhd provides process assistance on sizing and placement of the aerator units. Should any placement questions arise consult Environmech Sdn Bhd / the project engineer?
There are three methods of cabling (anchoring) the intrepid assembly.
- Span Direct
- Span Bridle
- Free Anchor
SPAN DIRECT
The span direct babbling system will accommodate water level fluctuations up to three feet.
To ensure proper slack, the span direct cables should be run with the water at its lowest level.
The standard span directs positions the aerator perpendicular to the cable.

Position the cable along the front cross rail and attach it to the front cross rail with cable clamps. (Fig. 26)
After cabling, attach the vortex shiels as shield.
