Before running the equipment, please check whether the main power is connected or not.
And make sure that all air switches are on. Then close the cabinet door.
Next step, do the dry powder polymer to the feeder. After all the above steps.
Automated Polymer Dispensing Machine is ready to run.
There are two knobs on the cabinet door.
One is AUTO, the other is MAMU.
Please choose AUTO, then the machine will run as programmed.
First, the solenoid valve starts to work, water comes in.
Meanwhile, the feeder begins to dose the powder.
By mini screw conveyor, powder is carried to the mixing tank.
With the coming water, powder is totally mixed with water and dissolved.
Dosing rate can be adjusted by changing the rotate speed of the screw.
When the first chamber is full of non-dissolved solution, it will flow to the second tank through an overflow port.
Then the mixer in the second chamber starts to work. There, powder is totally dissolved.
Same as the last step, it will flow to the third storage chamber.
At that time, start the dosing screw pump manually.
The dosing rate can be adjusted by the valves.
When the solution in the third chamber reaches the highest liquid level, the solenoid valve will stop working.
If it reaches the lowest liquid level, the solenoid valve will start to work again, letting the water in.
And this is controlled by PLC. If, at the beginning, the MANU model is selected, all steps need to be operated manually.
Before debugging, please select MANU mode.
When the feeder is empty, the control panel will release a warning sound to remind people to put in new polymer powder.
