In a certain period, some wearing parts need to be replaced.

Please be noted that wearing parts need to be charged if needs to change even in warranty time.
● If sludge concentration changes, the moisture content of sludge cake and processing capacity changes accordingly. It may cause equipment run beyond its processing capacity. In this situation, please adjust the equipment again.

If keep equipment is running in overload state, the screw press may get blocked, screw shaft driving motor overloads, and abnormal wear to wearing parts (moving rings, screw shaft) .
