Usage of different parts
All drawings and photos in this manual are for our standard equipment.
So please be noted that the actual equipment may be a little different from the drawings and photos.
◆ Electrical control cabinet
It is used to control and adjust this equipment.
Please make sure you fully understand this operational approach and follow it correctly.
● Please be sure to cut off the power before you begin the operations inside the electrical control cabinet. (except frequency converter)
Electrical control panel
1) Power led
Turn on the power, then power led is on.
Please do not use the main switch in cabinet to control the power switch.
2) Overload light
It lights when motor overload or fault happens to transducer.
3) Timer
It shows screw shaft's processing time.
4) 24hr timer
It is used to adjust the time for automatic running.
5) Operation mode switch (menu-stop-auto) It is used to set operation modes.
There are three modes. Menu mode, stop mode and auto mode.
Menu: Turn on the switches of ( 8 ~ 11) , all parts can run alone.
Stop: All parts stop. But the screw shaft still runs according to the pre-set extension time . In case of emergency, please press EMS.
Auto:All parts run automatically. In this state, witches of ( 8 ~ 11) are in an invalid state.
6) Auto start button
When selecting auto operation mode, just press auto start button. Then this equipment begins to run automatically. Press the button, its indicator lights on
7) Auto stop button
When select auto operation mode, long press auto stop button, then auto running state can be terminated. When select menu operation mode, button 8 is in valid state, all parts can work alone.
8) Screw motor switch (on-off)
When select menu operation mode, this switch is used to control screw running and stop. When more than one screw installed in one equipment. This switch controls all screws.
9) Agitator motor switch (on-off)
When select menu operation mode, this switch is used to control agitator running and stop.
10) Dosing pump switch(on-off)
When select menu operation mode, this switch is used to control dosing pump running and stop.
11) Sludge pump switch(on-off)
When select menu operation mode, this switch is used to control sludge pump running and stop.
12) Emergency stop reset button
Press this button to release EMS state
13) Emergency stop light
It lights on when equipment is in EMS state.
14) Emergency stop button
When emergency happens, press EMS button to make all parts of this equipment stop running.
