● In case failure happens, please apply to instruction of environmental conditions.
◆ Transportation and installation
● Please select a professional company to install, transport and transfer the equipment.
● Please select a qualified person to operate the crane or other tools to transfer this equipment.
● In case machine falls off and causes injury to people, please use specified bolt to fix this equipment.
● When setting this equipment to under frame, in case equipment upside down or bumping, please use specified bolt to fix this equipment.
● Please use nylon rope to lift or install this equipment.
● In case equipment bumping or upside down, please do not use forklift.
● Please select a durable nylon rope that can bear this equipment weight.
● In case this equipment bumping or upside down, please keep it lifted and moved in the horizontal direction.
● Please lift this equipment gently, slowly and make it move horizontally, in case it loses the center of gravity.
● Please do not stand under this equipment when it is being lifted.
● Please be careful when transporting and installing this equipment. And please don't shake it greatly.
● Please don't tie nylon rope to spray pipe, tubing, wires, control panel when lifting this equipment.
● Please don't tie nylon rope to screw press when lifting it.
● Please take off the cover when lifting this equipment.
● Please make enough room for maintenance as required when installing this equipment. It affects the maintenance working and may cause injury to the maintenance worker.

1) Please take off the cover when lifting this equipment.
2) Please protect the water-collecting basin when using the rope.
3) Please use nylon rope to lift this equipment.
4) Please adjust the length of rope to make it move horizontally.
5) Please set this equipment horizontally, and use a specified bolt to fix it. If set to trestle, please use specified bolt listed in below table.
6) Please consider the weight of this equipment before lifting it.
7) If setting the flocculation tank in a different place, please connect the screw press and flocculation tank with hose and make sure it connects well.
