Setting for extension working time of screw (TLR-2)
In auto operation mode, equipment is going to stop when each condition allows. At this time, please extend screw working time by off-delay timer, so that the pressure inside of screw press can be released. 5 minutes is needed at least.
FACTORY SETTING : 5 min
Sprayer running time setting (TLR-3)
Stop time(off) and running time(on) for sprayer can be setted separately.
Stop time is setted by green knob.
Running time is setted by red knob.
Please set the time as follows, stop time 15min/running time 25 sec.
※ please do not set the running time less than 20 sec, in case problems occur.
The solenoid valve adopts power saving mode with battery recovery.
FACTORY SETTINGS :
STOP : 15 min
RUN : 25 sec
When first start the valve or restart after it stops working over 5 days. Its charging voltage decreases, it means it needs 30 sec to start.
Rotational speed of screw shaft setting (INV-1)
Check the dryness of sludge cake, then adjust the rotational speed by converter. Converter can be adjusted during 20~120Hz.

※ Please do not change the settings when daily inspection. Unless abnormal situation happens.

Check the flocs state, then adjust the rotational speed by converter. Converter can be adjusted during 20~120Hz.

24h timer setting (TS-1)
① Set auto running time.
② Set present time.
③ Running mode for 24h timer is as follows, please operate the timer according to below table.
Adjust the moisture content of sludge cake
The moisture content and processing capacity can be adjusted by back pressure plate and screw shaft converter (INV-1).
① Back pressure plate setting
To decrease the moisture content: narrow the gap between plate and equipment, increase the inside squeeze pressure.
To increase the moisture content: widen the gap between plate and equipment, decrease the inside squeeze pressure.
※ Please do not make the gap narrower than 4mm.
The narrower the gap is, the less moisture content can get. But it will make wearing parts like moving rings and screw shafts more easily to wear because of its big pressure.
② Screw shaft converter setting(INV-1)
To decrease the moisture content: step down the frequency, screw rotational speed decreases, then process capacity decreases accordingly.
It means the sludge stays longer in thickening zone and dewatering zone, it helps to decrease the moisture content.
To increase the moisture content: increase the frequency, screw rotational speed rises, then process capacity increases accordingly.
It means the sludge stays short time in thickening zone and dewatering zone, it leads moisture content rises.
※ Remark, other parts need to be adjusted accordingly when screw rotational speed changes.
