Readiness for operation
1) Please do not run the equipment when the side cover is open. It may cause injury to people.
2) Please do not put your hands or tools in the sludge cake outlet.
It may cause injury to people or damage to equipment.
3) Please do not put your hand or tools into the flocculation tank when the equipment is running. It may cause injury to people or damage to equipment.
Inspection before running the equipment
Check the inside pipes
1) Check connection between inside pipes and outside pipes.
2) Open the water valve to check whether the water supply pipe is leaking or not.
3) Open the maintenance valve in equipment to check whether the spray pipe leaks or not.
4) Check whether all valves are in off state or not.
