Moving rings wearing process
① Because of its mechanical structures, sometimes burrs come out from moving rings.
The burrs in below pictures will not affect its structures and function.
② Simply going for low moisture content, equipment runs beyond its processing capacity.
Thick burrs come out from moving rings.It means too much pressure inside of the screw press.
And the friction between moving rings and fixed rings is too much.
In this situation, please adjust the equipment properly.
