Level Controller Pipe
- It is used to adjust the sludge inlet flow rate.
Please adjust the level controller pipe according to V-type weir.
Screw too tight or too loose may cause premature wear.
Position for level controller pipe
When sludge flow rate goes up
1) Rotate pipe to the left, pipe goes up, then liquid level goes up.2) Liquid level goes up, then sludge inlet flow rate goes up.
When sludge flow rate goes down
1) Rotate pipe to the right, pipe goes down, then liquid level goes down.
2) Liquid level goes down, then sludge inlet flow rate goes down.
