Back pressure plate
It is used to adjust the screw press inside pressure.
When adjusting the back pressure plate, please make sure the operation mode is in manu state. If in auto state, your hands or tools may get pinched.
1) Please inspect the equipment regularly. If everything is OK, please do not adjust the back pressure plate.
2) Do not set the gap within 4mm.
If the inside pressure is too much, it may overload.
It will make premature wear of moving rings and screw shafts
3) Please do not over tighten the group screw of back pressure plate.
It may cause damage to screw.

How to adjust the back pressure plate?
1) Please make sure the operation mode is in off state.
Open the cover above sludge outlet when the screw shaft stops running.
2) When operation mode is in manu state, make the screw shaft running until the screw turns to upward direction.
Then loosen the screw.
3) Using the T-type wrench to adjust the position of the back pressure plate.
4) Confirm the plate position and tighten the screw.
