Auto Run
- Equipment can 24h run automatically by setting 24h timer (TS-1)
● When selecting auto mode, please do not touch any movable part even the equipment is on standby.
In case hands or tools pinched to the equipment when it starts to run.
1) Please select a mode for 24h timer and set the working time one day
2) Please check external signals when failures happen to dosing equipment or the liquid level gets lower in sludge tank.
3) Please select auto mode for operation. (COS-1)

Manual Operation
- When pump, motors need to be checked and the whole equipment needs maintenance, please select manual operation.
And check each part by adjusting each option switch(CSL).
● In manual operation state, the liquid level sensor can not work automatically.
Please do not make the equipment in manu operation state, except checking pump and motor.
Or it may cause damage to equipment, because the sludge may flow out from flocculation tank.
1) Please cut off all option switches (CSL)
2) Please select manu operation state (COS-1)
3) Please turn on all option switches(CSL), make sure all parts can work separately.
※ Never idling the equipment when checking the pump. Or it will shorten equipment's working life.
