CONNECTING THE INPUT OR OUTPUT DEVICES
LOW PRESSURE SENSOR (Optional) -detects low-pressure
situations (LP) .In the process of backflushing ,if detected low
pressure,the sensor will send signal to the controller and stop the
equipment.
WATER METER (Optional) - measures the volumes of water (WM)
enabling to define the flushing sequence according to the water
capacity.
Each of the input devices has its own connection point on the terminal
board:
The FILTRON16 can recognize 3 types of devices:
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE GAUGE - measures the pressure
difference (DP) between the inlet and outlet of the filters. The RED tube
should be connected to the inlet and the BLACK tube to the outlet. The
pressure difference between these two points will be measured, and
when exceeding the limit, will cause the execution of a back flush
cycle.
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE GAUGE - measures the pressure
difference (DP) between the inlet and outlet of the filters. The RED tube
should be connected to the inlet and the BLACK tube to the outlet. The

AG、24V：DC10-24V or AC 12-24V Power input
CM、AG：Connect the main valve solenoid valve
CA、AG：Connect the alarm output control terminals
CO1-CO12、AG：Connect the solenoid valve 1-12.
Note: The max output current of signal set of terminal is 0.5A, maximum output total power is 20 w
AI1、DG、+5V： Analog DP sensor input AI1 signal port 、DG5V、+5VAG、24V：DC10-24V or AC 12-24V Power input
CM、AG：Connect the main valve solenoid valve
CA、AG：Connect the alarm output control terminals
CO1-CO12、AG：Connect the solenoid valve 1-12.
