1.4 PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS - ENERGY SAVING & ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
1. It makes full use of the cooling system to cool the hot and humid air, while recovering the latent heat in the air.
2. Low temperature condensation drying method, 80% of wet sludge per dry to 30%, the combined power consumption of about 230Kwh.
3. It adopts low temperature (45℃- 70℃) circulating hot air, closed drying model no exhaust effluent.
4. Drying temperature more than 70℃, about 2 hours, effective sterilization.
5. Low discharge temperature (＜50℃), no cooling, direct storage.
