V-Belt
1. Loosen but not take off the 4 bolts which secure the motor to the horizontal base frame.
2. Loosen motor top screws, remove the old belts and hang the new belts.
3. Move motor backward horizontally with the 2 jack-screw in front of motor till the belt tension.
4. Check if the blower pulley and motor pulley are parallel using metal ruler. The deviation should be less than 1 mm.
And fasten the jack-screw and bolts on horizontal base frame.
5. When adjusting belt, turn the pulley 1 2 revolutions to distribute the belt tension.
6. Make sure tensions of all belts are the same following the procedures in 3.3.6.
